80-Year-Old Woman Falls Out Of Skydiving Harness.
Laverne Everett from Oakdale, California celebrated her 80th birthday last year by kicking skydiving off her bucket list. Everett was excited for her first skydive at Sky Dive Lodi Parachute Center in Acampo, CA. It might look like Laverne was forced out of the plane, she says she wasn’t and calls the incident a mistake. As soon as she exits the plane with her tandem partner the top of Everett’s harness comes off and she almost becomes unhooked entirely.

There aren’t many You Tube videos that leave me with my mouth wide open in horror, but this one succeeded! This very brave lady decided to go skydiving for her 80th birthday, but somehow her harness was much loser than it should have been, she began to slip out of it in mid air and came very close to falling to earth without a parachute attached. Thankfully she and her skydiving partner managed to land without any injury. A very lucky escape!
